1224 Die head interchangeable 1500w 1/2″-4″ electric pipe threader are able to work with RIDGID dies and die head, this

model is welcomed in North America for its durability and compatibility with RIDGID.Meanwhile,1500w induction motor ensure big power

for tube threading, cutting.

Die head (2 1/2″-4″): receding automatic type, interchangeable with the die head for RIDGID 714/914
1/2″-3/4″ universal HSS dies set.
1″-2″ universal HSS dies set.
2 1/2″-4”universal HSS dies set.
Cutter: Capacity: 1/4″-4”(6mm-100mm) pipe
Reamer: Positive-locking, right-hand 1/4″-4”(6mm-100mm).
Some spare parts of our machine is compatible with that of RIDGID, ROTHENBERGER, REX, ASADA , REMS, EGAMASTER tools.

OPERATION OF MADE IN CHINA RIDGID DIES PIPE THREADER

Adjust the die head to fit different diameter of pipe.
Check if the threading oil comes out.
Tighten the rear chuck and then the front chuck, make sure the pipe is in centerline.
Knock the hammer chuck several times to clamp the pipe tightly.
Use the reamer to make pipe reaming on the inner side of pipe end.
Swing the handle to let die head touch the pipe to make threading.
After the threading is done (the die head move a distance as what you have set for threads length), the die head will open automatically.
Cut down the pipe if you need.
